At The Animal Care Center, it is our goal to serve our
customers by caring for their pets. Our customers should be able to
see a spirit of service and compassion on the part of all employees in our
clinic. Through the years of my practice I have been blessed
by many employees who truly enjoy working with pets and treat clinic
patients as their own. On rare occasions, I have made choices in
hiring that later proved regrettable.
The observations and feedback of customers have always
been extremely helpful and appreciated in my attempt to keep service
oriented employees.
The following points might be helpful in reviewing your
visit to the Animal Care Center:
Staff - appropriate handling of your pet,
politeness, promptness in serving client or patient,
Facilities - smell, cleanliness, parking,
etc.
Your e-mail will come directly to me for constructive
consideration. I am grateful for your time and input. Don't
hesitate to offer constructive comments regarding my own
