Knee Surgeries

Above:   Mattie with owner Jim Draper.  In the fall of 2003 was injured in an aggressive attack by a 1000 lb. cow, leaving her ACL ligament of her knee severed and severely painful.  After a couple of days of research and contemplation, Mr. and
Mrs. Draper decided to have Dr. Gleason perform surgery on Maddie's knee.
The pictures above show Maddie exercising her knee via swimming.  Two months after surgery Mattie had regained all function of her severely injured knee.

Above: Dwight & Lannai Gaines of Duncanville dearly love their three dogs. The whole family suffered when Reveille tore her anterior cruciate ligament. Because of some mild arthritis in her hips, she could hardly walk at all with a torn knee ligament. After surgery at The Animal Care Care Center and several weeks of rest Reveille returned to full use of her injured knee.

Left: Mr. Roger Williams of Arlington enjoyed taking his daily running trips with "Daisy", the long-time friend and pet of the Williams family. All the fun ended abruptly when "Daisy" tore her anterior cruciate ligament of her knee.
"Daisy" had reconstructive surgery at The Animal Care Center. After two months of owner-provided physical therapy and nutritional supplementation, "Daisy" was able to return to her previous activity level. Mr Williams is again happy to have his jogging companion.
